How To: Learn how to read/write Hangul

(Ahn Nyeong Ha Sae Yo)
Hello everyone! I am going to tell everyone today the EXACT way that I learned how to read/write Korean. It's not hard at ALL just simple logic of sounding out words and mixing them together.  If you put time into it, you can master it in 3 days;;no lie guys ㅋㅋㅋ.

    OKAY SO. I learned Korean during grade 11 in English class. When we were supposed to be reading or...whatever we did ..... I would take out my Hangul chart and start studying and writing out simple words.
THIS IS THE ALMIGHTY HANGUL CHART.
On the left its the consonants, and you mix them together with vowels to make one symbol or sound.
CONSONANTS
ㄱ = On the keyboard its ' r '. This makes a 'g' sound. Not as heavy as a k.
ㄴ= On the keyboard its ' s '. This is the 'n' sound
ㄷ= On the keyboard its ' e' . This is the 'd' sound
ㄹ= 'f' on the keyboard. Makes a 'L' sound
ㅁ = 'a' on keyboard, makes 'm' sound
ㅂ = 'q' on keyboard, makes 'b' sound
ㅅ= 't' on keyboard, makes 's' sound , but if placed on bottom of symbol it makes a t sound.
ㅇ= 'd' on keyboard, makes the 'ong' sound. like song  or long, etc etc if placed on the BOTTOM of the symbol. if its placed FIRST it makes NO sound it is simply a place holder! You then make the sound of the next letter!
ㅈ= 'w' on keyboard, makes 'j' sound
ㅊ= 'ㅊ' sound, makese 'ch' sound. but if its on the bottom of a symbol, makes a 't' sound
ㅋ= 'z' on keyboard. makes a 'k' sound, a hard 'k'
ㅌ= 'x' on keyboard, makes 't' sound
ㅍ= 'v' on keyboard, makes 'p' sound.
ㅎ= 'g' on keyboard, makes 'h' sound

gets slightly harder to pronounce and differentiate here

ㅃ= uppercase q on keyboard, its a hard ㅂ just pronounce it harder T___T
ㅉ = uppercase w on keyboard, again its like a hard J sound , but not yet Ch sound!
ㄸ = uppercase e on keyboard, I personally have never used this letter before, but its just a hard D sound
ㄲ = uppercase r on keyboard, its a harder 'g' sound but not yet 'k' sounding
ㅆ = uppercase 't' on keyboard, this one is a harder 'S' sound.Yes, I know its hard. Harder than regular 'S'!

VOWELS
ㅏ='k' on keyboard, its a  'ah' sound.  아 = 'ah' ( remember that the ㅇ in front makes no sound!)
ㅑ= 'i' on keyboard, makes a 'ya' sound. 야= 'ya'
ㅓ= ''j' on keyboard, makes a 'uh' kind of sound. 어 mix of 'oh' + 'uh'
ㅕ= 'u' on keyboard, makes the 'Yeo' sound. not 'Yo' but "Yeo" 여
ㅖ= uppercase 'p' on keyboard, makes a "Ye" sound. 예
ㅗ= 'h' on keyboard, makes the 'Oh' sound. 오 = 'Oh'
ㅛ = 'y' on keyboard, makes the 'Yo' sound 요 = Yo
ㅜ= 'n' on keyboard, makes a "oo" sound...like Woo or... poo? 쏘리쏘리 ㅋㅋㅋ sorry sorry ahha
ㅠ= 'b' on keyboard. makes a 'Yu' sound. 유 = Yu. ㅜ is just a simple Oo while 유 is a more deep Yu sounding
ㅡ = 'm' on keyboard, makes a 'eu' sound. Its like hardly there, just adds a 'eu' sound to it. Just an ending sound. faccck its so hard to explain I should have done a video on this;;
ㅣ= '''l' on keyboard. adds the 'e' sound. wee lee
ㅒ= uppercase 'o'. makes the "eh" sound.

EXAMPLES
Just start out with easy words like
haha = 하하
Canada = 캐니다 ( Keh-Na-Da)
for me I started spelling out English words before I learned some simple Korean words to write. Just makes it easier to get the basics out of the way. Like, taking notes in class i would write the english in hangul just for practise. and I got it down pat in about a week with no help from any koreans or people.

there are so exceptions
when ㅅ is on the bottom ie ) 잇   the ㅅ becomes like a t sound therefore 잇 sounds like 'Eet'
also when there is a word like  있어  there is a DOUBLE S on the bottom of the first symbol and a empty sound on the second. YOU MOVE THE S SOUND TO THE EMPTY SOUND ON THE SECOND SYMBOL. so it sounds like 'Ee So" not "eet or"

I hope this;;;kind of helped;;
its hard becuase theres no sound clips or anything T___T
SORRY BUT I DO HOPE IT HELPS!!!!!

byebye everyone n___n

fml I just previewd it. it looks so confusing;; JUST STUDY THE CHART THATS ALL I DID!!!
JIAYOU!
